As we move to our new company we need to sign up in the new 401K plan, this takes the place of our current Savings and Security Plan.

You will need to use your Social Security # and decide on a PIN (password)

 

n      You will need complete information on your beneficiaries –

n      Full name –

n      Full Address –

n      Birth Date –

n      Social Security #

 

You will need to determine if you want them to be PRIMARY (normally spouse) or

Contingent (normally child)

 

You will next need to decide how much money ( % ) you want to save, remember Momentive matches 50% up to 7%.

 

Next you can pick from a large number of plans offered by Fidelity –

This is where you may want to call your financial advisor.
