The UPS Teamsters National Master Agreement guarantees Regular Package Car Drivers {RPCDs} the right to protect their bid routes and overtime opportunities from Seasonal Support Drivers. The Local 1103 Executive Board visited the Gerry Horgan Garage in Greenburgh, (White Plains) NY and spoke about his passing on August 15, 1989, which occurred as a result of a scab hitting him with a car on a picket line during the strike. |
